As a Sales Planner, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to the outside sales team through guidance on campaign strategy, volume estimates, bid suggestions and deck creation. The Primary Objective of the Sales Planner includes: preparing detailed digital, print, mobile, social media pricing proposals for agency and client RFPs that communicate and execute Moguldom’s creative marketing solutions.

•Review and build media plans and ensure accuracy of placement details including spec templates.
•Manage complex, tactical digital plans with multiple tasks and concrete deadlines
•Develop and maintain process for sales team to streamline collateral building, and ensure all internal resources are documented
•Create and manage campaign budgets/expenses
•Analyze and provide weekly reports on proposed and active campaigns to Supervisor
•Be an expert on all areas of the sites and be able to make recommendations on placements based on key categories and clients; recommend best practices and process improvements
•Verify inventory availability, lead times, rates and all other pitch elements throughout the sales proposal process
•Provide account-related support and interact with clients when needed
•After the close of a sale, re-verify and relay all buy details accurately to post-sales support teams to facilitate successful execution including campaign optimization.
•Provide PowerPoint recaps of completed campaigns
•Organize and maintain individual property case studies and catalogue of screenshots for spectacular/hi-impact creative units.
•Review industry trades for new sites, innovative & creative ad units & technologies, and competitive information.
•Lead and/or successfully influence cross-functional and cross-business colleagues
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners
•Manage external agencies/clients and maintain regular communication with external partners
•Create research knowledge base and assist with general ComScore and inquiries to support sales team
•Develop advertising proposal templates for campaigns under $20K for each site
•Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•Solve problems and make quick decisions independently
•Special projects as required


•3+ years digital sales planning experience with RFP budgets of 100K + or more
•Robust media math skills and proficiency with numerical analysis
•Familiarity with DART, FatTail, Mediavisor/Atlas/Mediabank/iDesk
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
