The Role
Bloomberg Businessweek is looking for an Integrated Sales Coordinator based in our Washington, DC office. This person will provide support for two Integrated Account Managers, one in DC and one in Atlanta. They will also work closely with a Digital Account manager based in NYC. The primary focus will be providing administrative support, while also being very involved in the sales process of print, digital (developing simple online plans) and mobile advertising. This individual must have the necessary skills with Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Prior experience using DART, Magazine Radar, Salesforce is a plus. This individual will have to maintain a high level of customer service in working with clients, utilize the Internet for research on current and prospective clients, manage and monitor sales reports, be extremely organized, and be able to multi-task. The person in this role must be able to partner well with high-energy salespeople, as well as their customers and internal support teams. The desire to get into sales is a plus.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Previous B2B sales support experience helpful, as is experience in the media sales area.
-Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint to produce proposals, Word, and Excel
-Prior experience using DART, Magazine Radar, Salesforce is a plus.
