Loyalty and Retention Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities: *Partner with Director, Digital Marketing to develop segmentation contact and offer strategies that increase customer engagement and retention *Create CRM program and lead cross-functional teams towards building the infrastructure needed to fully support program *Perform deep customer segment analysis to identify incremental revenue opportunity from existing customers through direct marketing tactics (email, SMS, website, mobile, etc.) *Create and execute test plans, on both Fandango website and marketing campaigns *Support marketing campaign strategies and methodologies with analytics to identify optimal offers, merchandising, messaging, and contact cadence for each customer segment *Project ROI and LTV from campaigns and customer segments *Cross-functional collaboration with Content, Brand Marketing, Product and BI teams to develop effective promotion strategies and communicate results*Partner with Database and Business Intelligence teams to inform and execute the campaign strategies against targeted segments *Track, measure, and analyze segment level and campaign level performance and customer trends; summarize and communicate key learnings to key stakeholders *Create and implement test, learn, and repeat process to optimize and improve performance of customer segments and database *Perform ad hoc analyses and utilize relational databases to support customer contact and segmentation efforts *Responsible for building relationship with Fandango customers, visitors, and prospects, and increasing YoY retention rate*All other duties as defined by Director of Digital MarketingRequirements: *A Bachelor's degree *Proven results with optimizing campaigns, to increase ROI and lower advertising cost *4+ years of experience in consumer marketing and/or digital marketing *Customer relationship marketing experience required, with copywriting and creative production experience preferred *Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking and ROI metrics *Understanding of Omniture preferred *Excellent problem solving abilities *Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment*Superior verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization*Self -motivated and driven to exceed goals*Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.*Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company's sole discretion.*Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
