Full Time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support the Director of Interactive Product and Marketing.
- Coordinate and implement monthly web ads and daily website updates.

- Compiles and edits agent web ad submissions.

- Communicates deadlines and establishes web submission procedures for all Corcoran offices.

- Collect and monitor data to communicate the effectiveness of interactive marketing/advertising and media buys.

- Material/production contact for online media reps.

- Point person to agents for interactive marketing and advertising efforts including, email marketing, company intranet eCorcoran and corcoran.com website initiatives such as featured, sold, and value property programs.

- Management of Corcoran's email marketing system.

- Proactively supports Corcoran's social media presence across numerous platforms.

- Maintains and supports Corcoran's emerging technology platforms such as mobile and interactive touch-screen windows.

- Creates content on a regular basis for Corcoran's digital platforms.


- Bachelor's Degree.

- 2-3 years of experience working in interactive/web marketing industry.

- Experience of building community within social and mobile platforms.

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

- Strong problem solving skills.

- Strong organization skills.

- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suit programs.

- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
