The Content Strategist will be responsible for managing all aspects of client service in the development and delivery of custom content marketing programs. Components of a program may include enewsletters, mobile apps, websites, magazines, newsletters, social, events and video. As the client relationship manager, candidate will drive the client and team through the phases of strategy, development, distribution and measurement – and must be able to manage both tactical and strategic aspects of the project.

General responsibilities:

- Maintain and grow customer relationships by gaining a thorough understanding of clients business and their objectives

- Take a leadership role with internal edit, design, technology and production resources to achieve client goals and adherence to deadlines

- Review all copy and design based on a client’s marketing and business goals

- Stay abreast of custom content and marketing trends in order to best service client accounts

- Provide clear but thorough verbal and written communications to clients

- Manage multiple projects and clients at a time

- Develop detailed schedules, work plans and resource requirements

- Manage all client billing and receivables

Desired experience:

- Five plus years account service or marketing/sales experience in publishing or agency environment

- Experience working in financial services industry

- Demonstrated passion for delivering accurate, quality work to clients

- Strong verbal and written communications

- Strong organization skills and detail orientation

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
