Conde Nast seeks an Integrated Merchandising Manager for a full-time staff position.  
Looking for an individual who wants to be a part of Brides  -- the world’s biggest bridal brand, launched in 1934. Brides delivers fresh ideas, expert advice and visually inspiring fashion, beauty and lifestyle features to help women tackle the most exciting stage of their lives. 
Our next Integrated Merchandising Manager should be a true creative powerhouse who can ideate with the best of them.  This person should also have a strong interest in digital and new technologies. We are looking for the self-starter and the person who is motivated by new thinking in all areas. With that said, you will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with almost every member of the Brides team – teamwork and collaboration are a priority!
Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with sellers to develop and write custom integrated marketing programs for all endemic and non-endemic categories
  • Manage all non-event marketing programs for your accounts (eg, mailings, advertorials, email blasts, online, etc.)
  • Marketing Program Development and Execution
    • Participate in the development of Brides multi-advertiser marketing programs
    • Draft program decks
    • Spearhead program execution
  • Identify and develop new and strategic partnerships, resulting in a  “rolodex” of partner opportunities for Brides, which can then be leveraged by our sales teams
  • Attend sales calls and act as a merchandising subject matter expert to help ideate and sell through new programs
  • Work closely with the Integrated Projects Director to manage digital brand extensions including online, social and mobile.
  • Write digital programming proposal templates and sell sheets.
  • At least 2+ years experience in a merchandising, marketing, sales, or promotion capability
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who is able to think creatively and problem-solve independently
  • Experience working for a highly branded property a plus
  • Experience working on digital brand extensions a plus
  • Proven success selling through and executing new programs with limited resources a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings
  • Must be results driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work product and demonstrate good follow up and follow through
  • Drives change and innovation by improving work product or process, and challenges established norms where appropriate
-         Proven ability to build supportive and constructive relationships within and outside of the organization
