Job Responsibilities:
•Oversee all aspects of search engine marketing, affiliate marketing and various other direct response marketing initiatives
•Responsible for driving new customers to Fandango at an effective cost per acquisition
•Work closely with Business Intelligence group to determine effective cost per acquisition by customer segment and channel
•Develop and manage all SEM activities, including continuous optimization of text ads, display ads and keywords, to drive incremental website and mobile traffic, increase sales conversions, and optimize marketing investment.
•Prepare reports on all SEM and Affiliate activities to communicate performance to senior management to aid decision making.
•Initiate multivariate testing to optimize search traffic and sales conversions
•Manage implementation of all SEM projects, and relationship with agencies
•Works closely with SEO specialist and various digital and brand marketing teams to coordinate and communicate search engine marketing objectives and campaign results
•Plan, develop and execute affiliate marketing programs, with both Commission Junction and Google Affiliate Networks
•Gather all applicable metric data to contribute insightful analysis to make effective, data-drive recommendations for campaign optimization and improvements across all direct marketing campaigns.
•Manage development and refinement of analytics dashboard to encompass data from all online marketing channels
•Manages a Marketing Coordinator
•All other duties as defined by Director of Digital Marketing

Requirements:
•A Bachelor’s degree
•4+ years’ experience managing acquisition marketing campaigns, such as search engine marketing and affiliate marketing
•Strong understanding of various online advertising revenue models including: CPA, CPC, CPL
•Proven results with optimizing campaigns, to increase ROI and lower advertising cost
•Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking and ROI metrics
•Understanding of Omniture and/or Google Analytics, Commission Junction, Google affiliate network, Google AdWords and Bing Ads
•Excellent problem solving abilities
•Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment
•Superior verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
•Self -motivated and driven to exceed goals
•Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
•Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company’s sole discretion.
•Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
