*Strategize, implement, and oversee innovative, cost-efficient programs leveraging offline media to acquire subscribers for Hulu Plus; including, but not limited to, TV, radio, and print
*Partner with and manage external agency to oversee, optimize, and negotiate offline media (primarily cable TV)
*Evaluate editorial, ratings, programming, daypart, audience composition, etc. to determine the best media mix to most effectively reach target audience
*Develop media plans, rationale and flowcharts to communicate and guide buying process
*Oversee reporting, budget and analysis that leads to optimization recommendations related to creative messaging, network mix, etc.
*Monitor media/post-logs for placement and/or time discrepancies and negotiate credit or billing adjustments when necessary
*Ability to clearly present campaign strategies, goals, and learnings to upper-management
*Create monthly media reconciliations and interface with accounting to resolve any discrepancies
*Oversee media agreements and contracts with outside vendors

*BA/BS degree required (MBA valued)
*3+ years in a premium Direct Response Media environment negotiating w/ vendors
*Demonstrated history of managing offline media campaigns in a highly analytics, results-oriented environment; previous experience with subscription businesses a plus
*Proficiency with MS Excel, Nielsen ratings, rate cards, and media planning tools
*Experience with research tools such as comScore Metrix, Dynamic Logic, Insight Express, Nielsen, @Plan, AdRelevance, and MRI
*Strong understanding of Branded DR approach utilizing General & DRTV metrics - GRPs, share, ratings, impressions, ROI KPIs (CPM, CPS, CPA)
