Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years experience in advertising operations, of which 1+ years digital ad serving experience (trafficking campaigns, optimizing campaigns and reporting).

Experience with the digital advertising process (RFP's, IO's, ad tags and creative assets, etc).

A digital native: comfortable testing things in web browsers, managing Excel spreadsheets and Word documents and using the latest phone apps.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets.

Familiarity with different web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong oral, writing, analytical and presentation skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.

Passionate about media, especially entertainment and brands.

Ability to function well in a fast-paced, ego-less environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for performance is set high.

Sense of humor and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.

Possible travel – 10%.
