The marketing coordinator will support sales and marketing for trade show and media properties in the Beauty, Spa and Wellness Cluster.

Candidate should be a good writer and communicator, effective multi-tasker, very organized, have a solid work ethic, exhibit a positive and warm attitude, have an enthusiastic interest in beauty and spa brands and be passionate about his/her work.

Candidate should also have a willingness to learn and tackle new projects and tasks and should definitely work well with others.

Projects will include traditional direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, telemarketing, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and the full gamut of digital marketing tactics like email, list maintenance, website creation, social media marketing. Recent grads are welcome if you’ve had relevant internships.

• Participate in the creation and production of sales/marketing collateral and campaigns (including email, direct mail, print ads, web, directories, press releases) for events and publications
• Responsible for maintaining and developing show websites
• Responsible for maintaining, developing and executing all web-related promotions for events and publications; html design experience a plus.
• Ability to conduct and analyze research surveys as needed
• Results reporting, tracking of projects, and budget tracking
• Interact with external vendors and internal clients to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
• Social media brand ambassador on websites like, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

-2-4 years of relevant, hands-on marketing/promotions experience
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
