Are you passionate about Digital Media and looking to join a growing company that is changing the way we sell advertising? We are looking for someone to play a key role as a Director, Account Management in ensuring the Account Management team is supported, motivated, performing and that all internal and external clients are receiving exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:
You will be directly responsible for all day to day management of an assigned territory of 10-12 Account Managers working in New York. You will drive both the pre sales and post sales process interfacing with internal (Sales, Network/Publisher Development, Creative, Ad Operations, etc.) and external partners. In addition, you must be able to build and foster direct client relationships. You will play a key role as a leader and mentor to the staff, help ensure our sales cycle is seamless, and guarantee our clients are happy and want to continue to work with Tremor Video.

How You’ll Do It:
A successful Director, Account Management at Tremor Video utilizes and excels in customer service. They are solution driven, results oriented and have a keen eye and respect for details. They rely on an analytical mind and exceptional communication skills to tackle the daily problems that arise in a sales cycle. They appreciate and have experience mentoring and coaching a staff of individual contributors.

What You Will Have Done:
You will have spent 5+ years in a role on an Account Management, Sales Planning or Operations team. You will have managed multiple employees for 2+ years. You will be comfortable using SafesForce and have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. You will have a proven track-record of implementing process.
