Conde Nast seeks an Online Operations Analyst for a full-time staff position.

The Online Operations Analyst reports into the Strategic Operations team, which is responsible for Digital Consumer Marketing initiatives. The Online Analyst will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to execute strategies for driving subscriptions across Conde Nast brands. The Analyst will work independently on operational production tasks and maintenance of consumer marketing units on relevant websites.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Execute and deliver against online subscription marketing plans, including campaign asset management, creation and QA of landing pages, and QA of magazine websites
• Support consumer-facing online selling strategy by implementing annual marketing plans and managing production budgets
• Work with the Sr. Operations Manager to build marketing campaigns and effectively traffic content to the web utilizing internal ecommerce platform
• Partner with third party ecommerce provider to optimize platform supporting marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to launch, support, and monitor new eCommerce initiatives that reinforce Consumer Marketing objectives
• Own ad hoc projects from conception through execution and analysis

Required Skills and Experience:
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to learn online systems quickly and effectively
• Must utilize organization, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills
• Interest in the media industry, consumer marketing, and digital strategies a plus
• Knowledge of basic HTML preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
