Targeted Media Health, a business unit of MNI Targeted Media Inc, a division of Time Inc. is looking for an Advertising Sales Representative to cover the New York City territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are prerequisite. We are looking for someone eager to identify, foster and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and clients in your territory to sell advertising across Targeted Media Health’s portfolio of Point of care Cover Wraps, In-Home Print, Digital, Mobile, and Custom Content platforms. This “hunter” sales position will require excellent in-person selling skills to manage active clients, generate leads, identify prospects, and penetrate Pharmaceutical companies of the organization to the highest levels.

Specific responsibilities:

• Develop and manage national and regional Pharmaceutical account list across multiple platforms by creating, selling and delivering cross-platform programs for clients

• Maintain a high level of sales activity through face-to-face appointments, presentations and other related efforts

• Build awareness of Targeted Media Health’s solutions among New York City’s advertising agencies clients, and marketing communities.

• Manage all administrative aspects of digital campaign management and delivery for each client. Coordinate with MNI Targeted Media Digital Media Group on all phases of the digital selling process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in media; print and digital sales experience a plus
• Pharmaceutical category experience a must with key client & agency contacts
*Thorough background in advertising and digital media planning/buying; Must be able to influence media strategy
*Creative, compelling and persuasive communication style
*Proven track record of over achievement
