Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Produce weekly reports for all of Corcoran’s digital initiatives including desktop, mobile, video and social. Proactively flags areas of opportunity, as well as areas of optimization and performance.
•Forecast trends based on past performance, and proactively works with the Director of Interactive Product & Marketing to develop new features based on existing user behavior.
•Provide competitive analysis reporting and bench marketing against Corcoran’s online competition. Understand and makes recommendations for adjustment in digital strategy based on insights about how our competitors are allocating their time and resources.
•Work closely with online advertising vendors to measure and gauge effectiveness and growth of online advertising programs.
•Provide internal reporting and materials to support Agent education initiatives.
•Helps to formulate annual strategic approaches with Director of Interactive Product & Marketing. Provide in-person training with Agents and marketing department to share insights.
•Provide effectiveness insight to the marketing department on the performance of their initiatives. Recommend suggestions for creative adjustments based on improving visibility, click-throughs and achieving the strategic goals of the content.
•Implement changes where possible, and proactively provides measurement and feedback to optimize and grow the performance of Corcoran’s marketing output.
•Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistical analysis, digital reporting or related fields of experience.
•5+ years of experience in related field. Must have experience working with marketing departments from an analytics perspective, and is well versed in services such as Google analytics, Hitwise, Chartbeat, ComScore and others. Must have experience of optimizing advertising campaigns and user experiences from a data perspective.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities.
•Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
•Proven ability to work independently with little direction to achieve accomplishments.
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and Agents.
•Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment.
•Strong customer service and organizational skills.
•Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
