About the Role: Creative Executive

As part of the Creative Development team, this role will focus on supervising the development and execution of original online premium video programs and branded entertainment series, providing creative continuity from concept through production and post-production.


- Document project definitions during submissions and development phases.
- Manage and own assigned video series and communicate status of projects within the pipeline.

- Ensure that all projects meet creative, budgetary, and strategic mandates.

- Provide creative notes on episode rough cuts and all other related content.

- Liaise with talent, production, sales, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and success for assigned video series.

- Develop original programs with internal and external creators, partners, talent, and/or brands. Must be able to develop a concept from scratch around the aforementioned or continue develop an existing franchise concept.

- Take fun seriously.


- 5-8 years experience in development and production is required.

- Must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with internet video production, as well as knowledge of the broader digital video landscape.

- Education: Bachelors or equivalent is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and a friendly, can-do attitude is required.

- Experience creating short-form pilots and sizzle reels a plus.

- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of common office applications. Experience with relevant applications (Photoshop, Final Cut) is a plus.

- Branded entertainment experience, experience in traditional and digital media, and experience working with creative agencies and brands (brand integration, etc.) is a plus.
