(and sister site to TheKnot.com and TheNest.com), seeks a motivated, organized, tech savvy, detail-oriented, and creative online producer to be part of The Bump editorial team.You will contribute to our mission to bring fresh, relevant, compelling, and essential content to women trying to conceive, pregnant and new moms. You should be able to easily multi-task and work on deadline, bringing together multiple elements of a project or piece provided by editors to launch. This would include photography research, photo cutting, and building of content and video in our content and video management systems. The right candidate for this position will be smart, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, a problem solver, a go-getter and above all, a team player.Responsibilities:-Oversee the editorial content production schedule-Research, cut, upload and credit photography used in our content-Build articles, slideshows, blog posts, home page promotions and special content areas of our site in collaboration and with direction from editors-Manage and build our video library (working with our video team) and strategically integrate video into appropriate channels-Be the resident expert in our content management system-Assist in the testing of new products on the site before release-Ensure content and video are SEO friendly upon launch (working with SEO team)-Produce special site projects-Oversee the trafficking and building of content in our various distribution partners’ systemsRequirements:-Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online content production but will consider more junior applicants.
