The Manager of Interactive Video Product Development oversees the process of bringing quality consumer-facing digital television products from concept to launch. Analyzes the requirements and employs creative, "out of the box" thinking to achieve a high level of product design and user experience. Writes the requirements and specifications , monitors project status, ensuring that key milestones are reached. Partners with cross-functional technical and operational teams, works through hurdles to bring product to an on-time launch. The ideal candidate will have a good mixture of business, technology and design knowledge/experience.

• 5+ years experience in product development, including requirements analysis, specification development, user design, and implementation--preferably with an emphasis on interactive consumer products. Significant experience managing large, complex initiatives to on-time completion in large matrixed organizations is also important.

• Strong technical abilities, ideally has an understanding of digital cable network architecture, ITV and web technologies.

• Excellent problem solving skills, orientation to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

• Effective team leadership and strong project management skills, can initiate action and achieve results.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts as clear and simple requirements and flows.

• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use that data to develop and understanding of consumer behavior.

• Knowledge of and interest in TV and web content business models, products, and business processes.

• Knowledgeable across many functional areas, including product management, legal, business development, engineering, UI design, and marketing.

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, MBA is a plus.
