Digital Associate, Project Management
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mid-Level Digital Associate to drive digital production on behalf of major clients and consumer brand efforts. The Mid-Level Digital Associate will serve as the primary contact for internal team members and outside vendors, in charge of leading projects from executional strategy through flawless execution. Our Project Managers work closely with peers from Media, Search, Social, Creative, and other disciplines to support the vision and strategy established by Account Leadership and flawlessly execute our clients’ online marketing efforts. As a global communications firm, Weber Shandwick works with clients to address a broad range of challenges across diverse geographies, product categories, and audiences. An ideal candidate will have not only deep understanding of the tools, platforms, and technologies, but really be in tune with emerging trends within digital and social media, as well as understand the broader cultural shift taking place through digital means.You Must:•Have 2-3 years project management experience in a digital marketing, public relations or advertising agency setting•Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team •Show a clear ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels, building trust in your abilities to get the job done effectively •Be comfortable navigating personalities of team members: knowing when to be strict and when to be flexible •Have excellent organization and time management skills •Be the arbiter of process: defining roles and responsibilities clearly and providing input to the internal team as needed•Display technical knowledge: from web development to social media platforms and production software•Be active and passionate about digital culture and technologies: it’s not just something you know, but an integral part of your daily lifeWhat you’ll do:•Develop thorough and accurate project plans including budgets, scopes of work and schedules•Manage execution of small to medium sized projects of various types and timelines efficiently and effectively•Partner with Mid-Level Project Managers on larger initiatives•Facilitate approval process across deliverables, departments, vendors and clients•Prepare and present regular status updates of all projects for review•Liaise between vendors, strategic partners and internal teams to ensure clear communication•Manage content, design and development resources both internal and externalRequired Program Knowledge:?Omnigroup tools:oOmniplanoOmnigraffle?Photoshop?Illustrator?InDesignPlease include a portfolio with your application.
