Job Summary:

Literary talent agency is looking for an amazing, highly organized individual who can execute responsibilities as a Receptionist and HR Office Assistant. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and professional demeanor who is excited to work with a great administrative team and collaborate with all departments within the company.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Typing memos and emails
-Juggling multiple schedules and office calendar maintenance
-Attending to guests and clients
-Responsible for the distribution and processing of incoming assets
-Addressing office needs with talent management assistants
-Assisting with various projects—answering queries, data collection, maintaining records, advising interns, etc.
-Help Office Manager improve office efficiency, flow of supplies and general appearance.


- Bachelor’s degree
- Extremely professional and articulate
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General knowledge of publishing industry
- Experience in event planning a +
- Interest in HR and Office Management roles a ++.
