? Serve as digital lead in a client facing role, providing strategic oversight and counsel across multiple practice areas

? Participate in client meetings, creative brainstorms, news business and agency development

? Manage day-to-day client duties including vendor relationships, budget, SOW, vendor contracts

? Track the latest digital trends to inform creative approaches for clients as well as knowledge sharing internally

? Manage interns as direct reports


? Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience working in digital account management

? Deep understanding of the entire digital ecosystem (i.e. if we ask you what Snapchat is you won’t stare blankly at us)

? Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time (juggling real balls not required)

? Ability to effectively communicate through any medium (written, verbal, tweet etc.)

? Experience with project management, community management, paid digital advertising, web design and development or content development preferred.

? An awesome, collaborative attitude
