? Provide strategic guidance and tactical recommendations of client campaigns through the performance of fundamental tasks, such as:

? Media monitoring

? Research and audits

? Social media strategy and content development

? Online community management

? Daily account maintenance and production

? Participate in client meetings, creative brainstorms, news business and agency development

? Track the latest digital trends to inform creative approaches for clients as well as knowledge sharing internally


? Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience working in digital account management

? Deep understanding of the entire digital ecosystem (i.e. if we ask you what Snapchat is you won’t stare blankly at us)

? Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time (juggling real balls not required)

? Ability to effectively communicate through any medium (written, verbal, tweet etc.)

? Experience with project management, community management or content development a huge plus

? An awesome, collaborative attitude
