We’re looking for a special someone who gets their kicks owning the process of delivering stellar design solutions to great brands like Unilever, McDonald’s, Cisco, Texas Instruments, PetSmart, Nintendo and many more. You’ll work with designers, developers, strategists, and account managers to drive the execution of wide variety of creative deliverables. Your work on websites, social and mobile apps, rich media advertising, and real-time content will demonstrate the impact pixels can make on brands and the people who care about them.

The Project Manager works to ensure that the project team is poised to meet the objectives and goals of each project on-time and on-budget as well as champion quality and integrity of the end product. Applicants must have 3-5+ years experience managing interactive projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation including budgeting and managing production staffers’ workloads.


•Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with group director and project teams to execute on plans
•Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
•Provide budget estimates based on scope requirements
•Intake of new projects including gathering of requirments and assiting with the development of a creative brief.
•Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
•Work with the group director to plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work, project goals and established timelines
•Communicate and document project status to clients, team members and GolinHarris management on a regular basis
•Partner with project team leads to present work
•Update project plans and relay project status to client
•Manage the set up of vendor meetings with the digital team for emerging media
•Manage 3rd Party vendor relationships
•Coordinate efforts with freelance talent if necessary


•Bachelors degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in interactive project management
•Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
•Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
•Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies
•Understanding of business and functional requirements
•Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
•Experience with the design and development websites and an understanding of web technologies and third party applications and platforms as well as print/collateral projects
•Experience with Basecamp or other Project Management software, expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bonus points for proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
•Social media/community experience preferred
