· Provide assistance on tactical executions of client campaigns (social, website, paid programs, measurement/analytics)
· Participate in regular client meetings and presentations
· Demonstrate team-focus through mentorship of junior staff and support of senior staff
· Participate in new business, creative brainstorms and agency development
· Track the latest digital trends to inform creative approaches for clients as well as knowledge sharing internally


· Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience working in digital account management
· Deep understanding of the entire digital ecosystem (i.e. if we ask you what Snapchat is you won’t stare blankly at us)
· Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time (juggling real balls not required)
· Ability to effectively communicate through any medium (written, verbal, tweet etc.)
· Experience with project management, community management or content development a huge plus
· An awesome, collaborative attitude
