You Must:

· Have 4-6 years of experience creating, deploying and managing influencer marketing programs

· Demonstrate expertise in influencer marketing including: creative activations to mobilize influencers, knowledge of influencer networks and how they function, and deep experience across a wide range of executions from professional to consumer influencers

· Show a clear ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills

· Be active and passionate about digital culture and the evolving influencer space

· Be a strong hands-on, rubber-meets-road type that can organize and operate multi-faceted programs

· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members across multiple levels

· Have excellent organization and time management skills

What you’ll do:

· Define overarching program strategy and set KPIs

· Create materials and deliver presentations to clients

· Merchandize program success and articulate opportunities for growth

· Works with clients on Process – organization and workflow

· Oversee and builds/ mentors a team of PR and social professionals providing insight of their work and career guidance
