The role of the sales trainee is to acquire as much knowledge about pharmaceutical marketing as possible. The position entails learning all of our offerings, becoming familiar with the pharmaceutical landscape and the medical publication/communication promotional aspect. We take pride in creating an ideal work environment focused on achieving goals and objectives through teamwork and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

As a sales trainee, he/she will be responsible for learning all of our core offerings, ranging from the editorial package of the publications, the website, all the way to our interactive capabilities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, making 100 to 150 cold calls per day with the guidance of the seniors on the team to secure as many face to face meetings as possible.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, effective communicator who is able to excel in a team-driven sales environment while also functioning as a team player. Drive, energy, and a passion for excellence are essential.

Skills and Competencies:

Cold Calling Experience/Phoning (financial background a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word
Athletic Background
Competitive Drive/Nature
Outgoing/Personable
Quick-witted
Team Player
