JOB REQUIREMENTS
College Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum 2 to 3 years administrative/project experience required.

Digital media/sales background preferred, but not required.

Previous experience in sales environment required.

Knowledge of entertainment industry preferred.

Working knowledge of digital advertising industry required.

Must possess extraordinary organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
required.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.

Must be well strategic thinker with tactical approach to problem solving.

Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Must possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to consistently come into work early and/or stay late if needed.

Must be able to maintain a cheerful disposition in a fast-paced environment and during challenging times.

Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents.

Must be detailed-oriented & extremely organized.

Must have good judgment.

Must be able and willing to take initiative and to problem solve as appropriate within the scope of responsibilities of this position.
