Description:

The role will include inventory management, coordination of schedule changes, ongoing assessment of business processes, as well as backing up day-to-day media management.

Responsibilities:

Track and manage all on-air promos through Broadview (online database)
Process all on-air promos documentation & legal paperwork
Maintain & manage project-related documentation
Coordinate Editors schedules and priorities
Ensure delivery deadlines are met
Coordinate workflow of on-air promo/marketing elements to QC to air (sending to Post to ensure broadcast standards are met)
Perform minor editing needs where necessary
Assist with scheduling all tune-ins, menus and secondary events (e.g. animated bugs, lower thirds, and violators)
Perform daily checks to ensure accuracy of tune-ins for each promo
Research and sourcing of a variety of needs to support both Promos and Marketing

Skills:

Background in post-production
Good working knowledge of AVID and AVID systems
Experience in field production a plus
Excellent communication and organization skills
Extremely detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to work within strict deadlines
BA/BS Degree preferred
Ability to work independently
Must be able to forge cross-departmental relationships with multiple regional offices
Comprehension of break structure including formats, timings, avails, local breaks and promo tune-ins
Individual must be a team player, able to handle multiple tasks, extremely organized, accurate, responsible, flexible, diplomatic and able to work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels
