Promotion Associate


Conde Nast seeks a Promotion Associate for a full-time staff position.  


The Promotion Associate will work within the creative services team to provide support for our activations, including sweepstakes, events, proposals, outdoor, reader efforts, and general budget maintenance. As a key member of the organization, you’ll help create effective sales tools that position Glamour within the advertising marketplace and give the brand a competitive edge.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the merchandising team with sweepstakes, proposals, email blasts, legal agreements, outdoor and budget.
  • Update all materials across print, digital and tablet mediums as necessary
  • Oversight of the content management sites//updates
  • Develop fluency of all resources and tools and be the “go-to” person on staff.


Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While a demonstrated ability to organize and manage many details is essential, thisposition will also present tremendous growth opportunity and ability to “own” your own projects. One to two years of experience is preferred, but strong internship experience will be considered.

Additional requirements:

  • Strong writing skills
  • Problem-solving skills—especially as it relates to technology
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Design experience and/or knowledge of InDesign software a plus
