Conde Nast seeks a Post-Production Associate for a full-time staff position.  
CNÉ is a cutting edge digital video company. This full time position involves working with a small, independent, and fast-growing team led by entertainment and technology industry veterans. With both incredible content and marquee brands behind this push into digital video, we’re rapidly expanding.
The Post-Production Associate is responsible for assisting the editorial staff in asset management, internal and external communications, and scheduling.

– Top notch organizational skills, ability to take direction and give orders as needed.
– Scheduling and tracking of show deliverables from start to distribution, able to pinpoint any episode at any time for delivery timing and evaluation.
–  Working collaboratively with the post supervisor and production team, as well as outside vendors to ensure projects are completed as expected.
–  Work independently and with teams, able to decipher problems and create solutions.
–  Manage time effectively and learn quickly, stay calm under pressure and excel in fast-paced project timeframes.
–  Coordinate freelance editors and external. Assist in responding to content delivery requests.
Required Skills
 –  2+ years combined post-production coordination experience, or experience with digital.
–  Self-driven and able to complete tasks with minimal guidance if necessary
–  Adept at determining priorities and able to hit deadlines.
–  An expert in technology, comfortable trouble-shooting problems throughout the editorial department.
–  Background in film and television production, or in digital content.
–    Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadline-driven start-up environment.
–      Productivity-focused and proven to be a quick problem solver, with ability to overcome technical challenges as necessary.
–      Experience with a variety of post-production software including: Final Cut, Quicktime, FTP knowledge, and a variety of video codecs and distribution specifications.
–      Experience with scheduling software (Omniplan ideal) and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
