This role is part of the Display Platform Group which is responsible for global product strategy, technical execution and management across our display advertising business.

The Head of LatAm Account Management will play a key role in our Client Services team. This team operates the full Right Media ecosystem efficiently by providing high end technical deployment and account management services to members of the exchange. Client Services focus on maximizing partner yield by providing ongoing best practices and education on exchange usage. Client Services works closely with the Professional Services and Platform Strategy team to develop technology to meet partners’ needs in a growing and changing marketplace.

The Primary Responsibilities will include:

Provide strategic and tactical client service to complex and high touch client, ensuring high quality of services and solutions to clients.
Manage development plans and training for clients.
Identify client technical requirements and work with internal teams to scope, prioritize and develop them.
Identify growth opportunities and up-selling potential within existing client base.
Develop and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders.
Hands on management of client business processes. Including, but not limited to, ad exchange operations, analytics, pricing & yield management, and creative management.
Develop regional strategy.
Manage ongoing process improvement initiatives for the Display Platform Group
Drive knowledge sharing from customer engagements to product and engineering teams.
Build coordinated efforts with internal Yahoo! teams to drive additional revenue for clients .
Participate and organize in conjunction with other internal teams industry events and interact with thought leaders
Assess and arrange for and ongoing training, and guidance for new Display Platform Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

5-7 years work experience (consulting/ professional services, analytical or technology background preferred, but not required)
4 year college degree required
Expert understanding of Latin American advertising industry
Understanding of online media (advertising industry)
Excellent customer relationship skills (Client facing, ability to asses client needs and interact with all levels of management including and up to executive level)
Demonstrated project and program management skills
Willingness to travel (25%-35%)
English and Spanish languages
Management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with networks, adexchanges, campaign management and ad serving preferred.
Product Management experience
