Job Responsibilities:


• Assist the Product Marketing team in the development, packaging and marketing of new and existing Wall Street Journal product-specific integrated sales opportunities
• Create product-specific marketing materials (presentations, sell sheets, mock-ups etc.) to be used by sales (generic) and Integrated Marketing Solutions (custom)
• Serve as a product champion on key Journal products (Global Products, Conferences, Master Edit Calendar, WSJ Franchise & product launches), creating exciting sales opportunities to drive revenue and ensuring product knowledge throughout the ad sales team
• Partner with the corporate product, consumer marketing and edit where necessary to proactively drive marketing efforts & sales opportunities
• Track status and progress of all current projects
• Monitor print and digital competitive landscape and provide regular updates to the group

 


Required Skills:


• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience
• Print and digital ad sales marketing knowledge
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interface with multiple groups and teams within the organization
• Requires a creative thinker who also has strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign
