DC-based Publishing/Event Company is looking for a Media Account Coordinator to join our team.

As a Media Account Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Sales team with: scheduling meetings, booking travel, generating sales reports, maintaining client records, creating proposals, processing contracts and special projects as needed.

Abilities required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Salesforce is a plus (onsite training available)
- Must be highly organized
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
