CollegeHumor is looking for an organized, detail oriented, self-starter who looking to leverage their analytical and problem solving abilities in a creative environment. This is an ideal role for anyone looking to expand on their existing operational and business experience in interactive media.

Responsibilities:

* Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, client's media buying and trafficking teams, and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission, quality control, ad trafficking and contract fulfillment across multiple properties and platforms
* Track, measure, analyze and report the performance of multiple advertising campaigns, including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
* Main Point of contact for technical issues related to ad functions and rich media / technology vendors
* Continuously focused on ensuring revenue is retained, as well as partnering with sales representatives and clients to increase renewal rates and advertising spend on CollegeHumor Media properties
* Organize interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process and schedule
* Manage and/or train junior ad operations coordinators

Requirements:

* 2+ years work experience in an related field
* Extremely familiar with Ad serving Systems - DFP a must, OAS, AdTech, ATLAS, FreeWheel, etc
* Working knowledge of HTML and Web debugging tools (Flash, JavaScript knowledge a plus)
* Experience working with Rich Media ad technology (eg EyeWonder, Pointroll, Unicast, etc)
* Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
* Experience managing inventory
* Ability to manage heavy time sensitive workloads
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Complete and utter attention to detail
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a close-knit, always on environment
