The Job:

CrowdFlower is the leading crowdsourcing service provider and we're looking for Enterprise Account Executives to join our thriving sales team. This position is a field sales role focused on Enterprise level clients. Appropriate candidates will have experience selling to Fortune 500 accounts. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for representing CrowdFlower and engaging prospective clients, they are expected to establish new accounts and maintain long-term relationships as they expand the scope of target markets.

A few things you'll focus on as an Enterprise Account Executive:

* Act as a primary point of contact in the field for prospective Enterprise clients
* Communicate the value of CrowdFlower to Fortune 500 decision makers
* 20 in person meetings per month, majority of meetings will require travel
* Constantly initiate new contacts through networking opportunities in order to increase client base
* Meet revenue targets and achieve monthly quotas
* Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process
* Work with a team of sales specialists to drive high levels of adoption within trials and customer accounts


* 7-15 years experience in sales (preference for some SaaS and/or service experience)
* 3+ years experience in a field sales role, selling to Enterprise clients
* Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success
* Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
* Motivated, driven and results oriented
* Thrive in a competitive, ever-changing environment
* Record of exceeding Sales Goals - president?'s club, rookie of the year, etc.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
* 4 year University degree


* Experience in B2B service
* Understanding CRM and the value of relationship management
* Strong attention to detail
* Adept skills with the SalesForce.com system
