The Digital Marketing Coordinator has an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to win, an optimistic, forward-thinking attitude and a proven record of driving business results through creative thinking, data analysis and activation. The Coordinator will work with the Brand Marketing Director and liaise with the GM Digital to develop implement a strategy that will translate customer data and purchase behavior maximize product engagement, drive product adoption, and increase loyalty.

Your Contribution will include:
* Build a campaign management program that establishes benchmarks, continuously monitors and analyzes relevant data across platforms, including SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliates, referrals and co-marketing partnerships
* Create key metrics dashboard and analysis, including CLTV analysis targets
* Defined new features and write product specs for marketing programs to reduce subscriber cost of acquisition and increase CLTV.
* Analyze and report all campaign traffic, provide recommendations for optimization and efficiency on a monthly basis
* Adjust programs throughout the campaign lifecycle to meet key program performance metrics
* Drive improved SEO results and ensure all online content adheres to latest SEO best practices as provided by editorial and digital teams, including keyword/link implementation and execution
* Craft segmentation strategy based on initial product purchase intent, purchase behavior, or industry to allow for increased engagement and conversions. Work with marketing team to build a communication plan that communicates relevant products and offers to defined segments.
* Consistently competitive analysis to set pricing strategies across all Ad Age products and services that are in alignment with our overall positioning
* Provide recommendation for Customer Engagement opportunities inclusive of customer support, feedback, product recommendations to increase engagement
* Conduct appropriate consumer and data research to support sales teams

Your experience includes:
* BA/BS degree
* Minimum digital advertising, marketing and social media within a digital, social or media company
* Working experience with web analytics tools, like Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Omniture and Omeda
* Excellent communication and partnership skills
* Well organized with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to analyze analytics data and identify critical observations and insights
* Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines

Other preferred skills:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in online advertising or marketing at a media organization and/or digital agency
* Knowledge of integrated communications and brand advertising a plus
* Knowledge of publishing industry best practices and sales a plus
