Conde Nast seeks a HR Branding Specialist for a full-time staff position.  
 
 
Overview
The HR Communications Specialist will assist in executing communications strategies and programs to influence employee engagement, increase employee knowledge and share key HR messages. Responsibilities will include working with HR subject matter experts and business partners to develop content for various communications channels, including the Intranet, blogs, emails, videos, social media, print materials, surveys, presentations and face-to-face forums. The specialist reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
 
Specific responsibilities include:
§  Developing messaging and creative platforms for team in line with company strategy and branding.
§  Serve as the single point of contact for HR subject matter experts and business partners on the development and distribution of enterprise-wide messages.
§  Research, write, edit, proofread, and produce print and digital communications to the employee base or to targeted audiences within the company.
§  Work collaboratively with members of the Corporate Communications team to fulfill role and to contribute to enterprise-wide communications programs.
§  Maintain a communications infrastructure (e.g. process, tools, channels, vehicles) while continually driving improvements in effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
§  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field
§  Minimum 3-5 years of professional communications experience
§  Experience working with or within the Human Resources function
§  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and meaningfully to audiences of diverse background and levels across the organization
§  Strong listening, creative thinking and relationship-building skills
§  Collaborative team player
§  Able to work independently, prioritize work, manage projects, handle details and display organizational and editorial skills
§  Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; including adherence to deadlines
§  Experienced in Web communications/intranet updating
§  Proficient in Microsoft Office
