The Digital Project Manager's primary responsibility will be to manage the development, production, implementation and wrap-up of all sponsored digital projects. This role will dual-report in to the VP, Content Development and Director, Production.

Key Job Responsibilities:
*Work across multiple departments including USA Digital, Strategic Marketing, USA Digital Sales, Brand Marketing and On-Air Marketing to centralize all project details, establish a BaseCamp thread and brief key Digital team members
*Develop timelines for all aspects of production and provide to Strategic Marketing so that Sales, the Agency and the Client are informed
*Establish weekly project status calls with all parties; develop status report for Sales/Client/Agency review for each call
*Gather creative and technological assets from Strategic Marketing/Sales and deliver to USA Digital/Related Vendor
*Set up technical calls with technology points at USA Digital and the appropriate contacts on the vendor side to ensure all requirements are being met
*Obtain the IO and ensure creative is being developed with appropriate ad units
*Liaise with Ad Ops to ensure client ads units are being served in the appropriate places (both display and pre-roll/mid-roll/post-roll)
*Brief Research on the project, follow-up by reviewing wireframes, establish a tagging process and ensure all metrics are being tracked correctly
*Ensure all project milestones are being met; follow-up with appropriate members of the various teams to secure deliverables and provide to Strategic Marketing/Sales

Desired Qualifications:
*Three to five years digital project management experience
*Experience at a Broadcast or Cable Entertainment Network (preferred, but not required)
*Ability to manage multiple projects in a single timeframe
*Ability to work across multiple inter-departmental disciplines and prioritize accordingly
*Experience with client/agency relationships/dynamics - potential for some direct exposure on weekly status calls
*General knowledge of digital platforms, social media and technical specifications of certain programming languages (HTML5, Java Script, Flash, etc)
