You've been buying media for a few years, and are looking to continue to expand your digital media focus, taking on the responsibility of continuously improving and developing the media strategy at a growing ad tech company.

About the Role:

* Analyze data sets and identify trends
* Work with the sales team to perform research, identify campaign goals, prepare sales proposals, and make recommendations for campaigns involving media
* Take ownership of individual campaigns from start to finish, setting up and executing campaigns in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
* Perform audits of departmental performance and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, maximize ROI, and develop new optimization strategies.
* Assist in preparing client-facing campaign summaries.
* Help maintain and improve profitable media relationships with DSPs, negotiate pricing & purchase inventory on a CPA, CPM, CPC and CPE basis, and prospect for new media placements that expand distribution.

About You:

* Two to three years of experience with Media Buying, possibly at a DSP, Ad Network or Trading Desk.
* Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Excel ( know pivot tables and vlookups) and love of data analysis!
* Detail-oriented bent on reducing error.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, full of initiative, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent institution.
