Program Manager/Editor, Medical Publishing, Pharmaceutical
This exciting position involves managing and editing pharmaceutical industry sponsored custom programs for a medical publisher, including developing timelines, tracking materials, writing ad copy, client and faculty communications, editing, proofing, and medical/legal/regulatory review. You will manage multiple print and digital programs including print supplements to medical journals, webcasts, microsites, and e-newsletters. Work with internal editors, salespeople, art department, new media, accounting. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. A 4-year college degree and good editing and writing skills are required. Knowledge of AMA Style and medical/legal/regulatory review would be helpful. Reports to the Vice President, Director, Custom Programs.
