We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented team member that loves numbers and Excel! This person will be responsible for managing & optimizing numerous RTB/programmatic campaigns as well as identifying & testing new strategies to drive optimal media performance for clients. Position reports directly to Sr. Director of Audience Targeting.

-Help manage a variety of digital display campaigns via RTB/programmatic buying - implement campaigns into a DSP and QA through flight
-Assist with optimizing campaigns for a variety of success metrics including CTR, CPC, and CPA - seek opportunities to improve campaign performance
-Track, analyze, and update daily reports - help maintain a database of campaign performance and provide Account Managers with regular reporting

- Recent college grad or 1-2 years related experience
-Strong interest in digital marketing and/or media buying
-Basic/conceptual understanding of digital media buying (CPM, CTR, CPC)
- Capable of learning new technologies/platforms quickly and efficiently
-Strong knowledge of MS Excel
