The marketing coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations of the marketing and conference department, including web seminars/webcasts, print and online promotions for sales, and overall support for marketing and conferences.

Responsibilities include:
-Manage sponsored web seminars & editorial webcasts
- Serve as liaison with client to collect all relevant materials necessary to execute the webcast
- Coordinate set up of webcast registration system
- Track and monitor all registrations and provide reports to client
- Manage all web seminar promotions, including online, print and email
- Coordinate and set-up post-webcast survey
- Produce post web seminar reports for sponsors
- For editorial and conference webcasts, will work with editorial team to execute the above as necessary
-Assist with marketing/promotions for P&I print and online products
- Update online media kit as needed
- Update all marketing/promotions in P&I e-newsletter products
- Assist with creation and updating of presentations, flyers, brochures, email promotions as necessary for sales support
-Assist with marketing services client support
-Assist with conference marketing & promotions, including:
- Email blasts and tracking
- Website updates
- Track and manage social media for conferences
- Assist with development of conference apps
- Coordinating materials & layout for conference workbooks
- Conference evaluations/surveys and reports
- Internal follow up reports after each conference
- Post conference reports for sponsors
- Create sponsorship sales proposals for conferences
-Assist with conference logistics, including:
- Inventory, order & restock
- Shipping/tracking
- Speaker/moderator travel and reservations
- Create and organize badges

The position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to multi-task well, a good time manager and a self-starter who can prioritize well. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite, prefer experience with Adobe Design Suite: InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

-Bachelor's degree
-1-3 years of related marketing experience
