BrightRoll is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Director to join our growing company. This position touches all facets of marketing with an emphasis on leading the company's field marketing and corporate event marketing strategies and tactical execution. The Marketing Director must be a confident leader who can effectively span high-level strategy to program execution. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and the extended marketing team, the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years strong marketing program management experience as well as the ability to drive seamless execution across a global business.This is a full-time role based out of HQ in San Francisco. We are specifically looking for candidates with demonstrated skills and abilities as listed below:*Define and lead the execution of field marketing and corporate events plans, ensuring projects are delivered on brand, on time and on budget including: *Management, content development and support of high profile BrightRoll-produced and key industry and sales events*Working with the extended executive and sales teams, develop highly customized and interactive presentations for sales and industry events*Associated marketing collateral development including printed materials, corporate videos, e-communications, and advertising*Customer reference program (references, testimonials, case studies, etc.)*Development and execution of sales promotions to drive key sales periods*Creating and tracking key metrics to measure the success of all events and field marketing activities*Manage external resources to develop key marketing programs, messages and materials, as needed*Effectively lead and develop high-performing cross-functional team*Own and drive unique, ad-hoc marketing projects independently*Lead other marketing projects as assignedRequirements:*BA/BS degree from a 4 year college or university*Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience *Experience leading and managing diverse teams*Demonstrated success in partnering with sales organizations and senior management to meet company goals*Demonstrated project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, technology company*Must have excellent communications skills including speaking, writing, editing/proofing skills*The ability to create strong marketing strategies and execute tactical plans to support our marketing goals*Exercises good judgment, is flexible and is able to respond positively to rapidly changing priorities and circumstances*Experience working in interactive advertising is highly desiredPlease submit a cover letter with your resume.
