We are seeking a Regional Account Director to join our Account Service team and work on a new automotive client in a geographical dealer zone. This is a unique field role which requires, but is not limited to, the following:Provide strategic thought leadership and stewardship of brand through the retail channel. Align local and regional objectives, strategies and activities with Brand priorities. You are the Region and Ad Associations' ship captain, their strategic powerhouse and business expert. You will be a champion of never-been-seen creative and the voice of reason with your Ad Associations and dealers. Focus on the growth of your geographical area by moving it toward strategic and operational goals while pushing them to act and behave innovatively. Solve problems and share best practices with peers. Find ways to integrate local activity with national and regional plans. The regional and local operations buck stops with you. Operationally orchestrate marketing communications, broadcast media, digital, collateral, print, outdoor, direct response and promotions, into a cohesive go-to-market strategy within assigned markets. Plan, manage and track media plans, revenues, budgets and activity for assigned ad associations.

7-10 years account service experience with regional automotive dealer groupsPrior ad agency experience requiredLuxury automotive experience preferred but not requiredMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace

Education Required: Bachelors
