This leading Media/Publisher Company is seeking to hire a Human Resources/Facilities Manager with responsibility for day to day management of all aspects of its 300 employee plus New York operation. This includes areas such as, but not limited to: Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Management Consulting, Performance Consulting, Compensation, and Facility Administration.

In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring that the Company is fully compliant with all federal, state and local laws that are employee related.

Requirements:
A strong background of demonstrated Human Resources leadership,
Prior experience in publishing or similar media environment helpful
High energy, take charge, multi-tasking style
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Management experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven recruiting experience
Minimum of a BA/BS degree
