The Museum of Modern Arts Retail Division is currently accepting applications for a
Marketing Manager for MoMA Retail. This role will report into the Director of Marketing and Communications for Retail and will be an opportunity for a seasoned self-starter to have a large impact on the growth of this business.

The successful candidate will be flexible and capable of thriving in a high-energy and fast-paced environment. S/he must be extremely well organized, attentive to detail, and be knowledgeable about design and best practices in retail. The candidate is expected to be resourceful, solution-oriented, capable of thinking and working independently, and have excellent communications and technical skills. As the marketing group is still in the developmental phase, it is critical that the candidate have a "no job to big/no job to small" attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump in.

Specific responsibilities are as follow:

Marketing Management
- Develops and executes multi-channel campaigns that convert new and existing audiences

- Works with creative leads and Marketing Analytics Manager to turn insights into compelling creative and to capitalize on opportunity

- Coordinates with (brick and mortar) stores to develop and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales

- Partners with Finance and Marketing Analyst to measure the impact of marketing and report on return on investment

- Collaborates with the Direct Team to create online campaigns to drive traffic and onsite content to lift conversion

- Works closely with the Museum's marketing and graphic department to develop and execute campaigns that drive membership, attendance and retail sales

- Assists in the development of onsite and offsite testing and research programs

Communications/PR
- Works closely with an external firm to set press goals, track progress and increase awareness

- Activates within their established network of contacts to drive online and print mentions

- Develops and executes press previews for new product launches

- Coordinates the release of samples to press for photo shoots

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience as a Marketing Manager in a fast-paced retail environment or equivalent with hands-on experience in public relations and communications within the retail field. Proven record of developing and executing impactful campaigns that drive revenue. Experience shepherding projects through in highly-collaborative (matrixed reporting) environments.
