The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing our display advertising, paid and free search channels, mobile, as well as understanding onsite behavior. In addition, the successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing a clearly defined customer acquisition strategy in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness and builds a loyal customer base.

Key to success in this role is the ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities, while leveraging data insights to drive strategic online marketing programs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the display, paid and free search, and mobile traffic channels
  • Drive analysis and optimization recommendations for maximizing ROI across traffic channels
  • Deep dive into web analytics to understand traffic and conversion data (across desktop and mobile platforms)
  • Manage tactical elements such as display ad creative production, paid search keyword optimization and budget finance approvals
  • Track performance against traffic goals (revenue, CPA, conversion, etc) and provide regular reporting on program performance to senior management
  • Work closely with other Amazon teams, integrating internal procedures and reporting needs into MyHabit's paid channels

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of digital marketing experience in an ecommerce environment

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience managing and analyzing large amounts of data
  • Strong bias for action and ability to independently prioritize and execute projects
  • Ability to use data to build a business case and influence key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Excel, Access, Omniture and SQL
  • Experience with paid search (e.g. Google AdWords) in an ecommerce environment
