Office Coordinator(Midtown East)
Established NYC based entertainment PR agency seeks nurturing individual who is self-motivated, dependable and organized for office coordinator position. You must be able to multi-task in a fast paced demanding environment, work independently within a team atmosphere and be detail oriented. Excellent communication skills and computer experience with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) are a must have skill set.
Office Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining database updates, creating "daily clip" memos, answering phones, updating calendars, scheduling, maintaining equipment, ordering supplies and monitoring vendors, proof-reading documents, coordinating meetings, helping with organization of events and projects and managing internship program.
Position requires 2 years admin experience as well as PR internship/work experience. Salary is competitive. Benefits include Bonuses, Health & Telecommute Policy.
