We are seeking an Associate Digital Media Director to join our Boston digital media team.Responsibilities of the Associate Digital Media Director include, but are not limited to:- Lead team and act as both internal and client point person on accounts- Support overall department training and development- Manage and train planners and Assistant Planner's overall- Manage work flow and allocation of tasks to planners and Assistant Planners- Manage up to Director of on-going team workload- Lead technology and deployment strategies with Senior Planners (e.g. motif, rich media tactics)- Initiate analytics discussions when planning- Lead overall planning and strategy while coming up with new ideas and manage planners during planning process- Lead deck-writing and client sell-in with team support- Overall marketplace knowlege and continues to stay on pace with changes- Day-to-day client contact, confirming key dates, leading discussion- Day-to-day lead/integrating other departments (e.g. working with Creative and production)- Lend a hand in directly planning and executing when team is swamped- Maintain working knowledge of Doubleclick DFA- Create/share case studies, POVs, and attend conferences/seminars as appropriate

- Four-year degree required- 5-7+ years experience requiredMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace.
