We are seeking a Senior Search Marketing Specialist to join our Boston digital media team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of Search Engine Marketing experience, and is someone who is equally comfortable optimizing both paid and organic search.
Capabilities should include:
Ability to provide SEO best practice recommendations, analysis and reporting across multi-page websites
Proven ability to identify SEO issues and provide recommendations to improve on-page and technical factors to impact organic rankings
Expertise providing recommendations for keywords, social media, image and video optimization and mobile optimization
Experience with relationship and link building, both external and internal
Proven ability to execute and manage large-scale PPC campaigns, including:
Perform keyword research
Write compelling search ad copy
Set up accounts and campaigns within PPC best practice guidelines
Ongoing testing and optimizations
Monitor performance, budget pacing and trends to meet campaign goals
Ability to create reports and effectively communicate search performance to clients and management
Proactively reads industry trades and share new or relevant findings with team
Highly proficient in Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter.
Familiarity with SEO platforms and bid management platforms is a plus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Four-year degree required
2-4 years prior search marketing experience required
