The integrated marketing associate assists in the development, execution, and analysis of direct marketing programs to achieve revenue goals while adhering to the budget. This position reports to the integrated marketing manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development and execution of direct mail and e-mail marketing campaigns.
-Develop test matrices, coding, appeal forecasts, project plans, and timelines to support the direct mail and e-mail campaigns to ensure they are implemented correctly, on time, and within budget.
-Prepare requests and coordinate execution of list selection strategies for donor and prospect mail campaigns.
-Update control package copy and work with integrated marketing manager and Marketing & Communications staff to develop new packages and copy. Receive all necessary approvals and sign-offs on copy before turning over for production.
-Review, approve, and sign off on mailings and e-mails during various phases of production and audit list components to ensure quality and that mailings are correct.
-Report on and analyze list, creative, incentive, segment, and program results. Make recommendations regarding future programs and tests.
-Create, communicate, and manage campaign timelines to ensure goals are achieved and programs are executed on a timely basis.
-Assist with the production of all mailing components to ensure that quality, timeliness, and budget are adhered to.
-Provide mailing support to integrated marketing manager with development and execution of approved strategies, entering codes into fundraising system, preparing test matrices, appeal forecasts, budget and budget updates, preparing and maintaining sample books, coordination and communication with internal support groups and stakeholders, follow-up on donor requests, entering donor information and attributes into fundraising systems, securing postal advances, preparing invoices for payment, opening purchase orders, and any program-related special handling.
-Process gifts received.
-Prepare, proof, and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related business discipline.
-Minimum two years of marketing experience (preferably direct marketing) with a track record of delivering results.
-Self-starter and highly motivated individual who can balance multiple projects and priorities, ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to.
-Superior project management skills and ability to flexibly shift priorities while following through on projects from inception to completion.
-Strong analytical, data analysis, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail, with ability to see the bigger picture.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
